Specialized in the field of HIV-AIDS medicine and providing dependable health care to the people living with HIV & AIDS in urban as well as in rural areas of Telangana State, where the prevalence of HIV is high. His timely lifesaving expertise and medical interventions in hundreds of sick and advanced AIDS patients made them survive and lead healthy and happy lives. He conducted several knowledge awareness programs in electronic, print, and social media (Aswini HIV Care on YouTube) to increase awareness and decrease the stigma of PLWHAs in the community. His exemplary professional counseling skills helped several HIV-AIDS patients to wipe out their depressive feelings and suicidal tendencies. As a National Faculty in the AIDS Society of India, he has shared medical knowledge and professional skills in the field of HIV-AIDS with his fellow professional colleagues for the last decade. He has treated more than 3000 HIV-AIDS cases to date, and about 600 patients are on regular follow-ups on an outpatient basis.

• Undergone training course in HIV-AIDS from the Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) in March 1998. • Did 100 Credit Hours Intensive Clinical Training Programme in HIV/AIDS under Indo-American Joint Venture (CHART-India) from the University of South Florida, Tampa, USA, and Grant Medical Foundation India, in January 2003 at Ruby Hall, Pune. • Participated in the 9th International Congress on Drug Therapy in HIV infection in November 2008 in Glasgow UK. • Received training in Educational Activity related to Contemporary Issues in HIV Management at Harvard Medical School Boston, MA, USA. •Participated in the prestigious 17th CROI (Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections) in February 2010 in San Francisco USA. • Participated in the 19th International AIDS Conference held in July 2012 in Washington DC, USA. • Participated in the 6th International AIDS Society Conference (IAS) held in July 2013 in Kuala Lumpur \, Malaysia. •Participated in Knowledge Exchange Programme in HIV/AIDS in Johannesburg, South Africa in November 2013. • Participated in the 20th Australia in July in July 2014.
