5 healthy food to prevent kidney stones

To avoid kidney stones, drink plenty of water to keep urine diluted, limit salt and animal protein, eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and maintain a healthy weight. Additionally, avoid high doses of vitamin C and oxalate-rich foods like spinach and some nuts.

Water:
