  2. Choose Whole Grains: Opt for brown rice, whole wheat bread, and oats instead of refined grains.(260 Gms / day)

  3. Add Fruits and Vegetables: Aim for at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies each day. (Vegetables of 400 gms, Fruits 100gms / day)

  4. Limit Sugar and Salt: Cut back on sugary snacks and salty foods. ( not more than 20-25 gms/ day)

  5. Watch Portion Sizes: Be mindful of how much you eat, especially with high-calorie foods.

  6. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

  7. Plan Your Meals: Prepare healthy meals in advance to avoid unhealthy choices.

  8. Snack Wisely: Choose nuts, yogurt, or fruit instead of chips or sweets.

  9. Cook at Home: Making meals at home helps control ingredients and portion sizes.

  10. Listen to Your Body: Eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full.
