7 Healthy Salad to Beat the Summer:

Healthy and refreshing summer salad recipe features mixed greens, cucumber, bell pepper, cherry.


Cucumber Watermelon Salad :

Mix 2 Slices of Watermelon , 2 Carrots, 2 Small Cucumber with few drops of lemon juice, mint leaves & pepper.


Fresh Fruit Salad:

Mix all varieties of Seasonal Fruits avaliable like Papaya, Kiwi, Black Grapes, Watermelon with few drops of lemon juice, mint or coriander leaves & pepper.



Broccoli Pasta Salad :

Mix steamed Broccoli, boiled Pasta, Baby Tomatoes, Black Grapes with few drops of lemon juice, mint leaves & pepper.


Green Gram Salad:

Mix Sprouted Green Gram, 2 Carrots,1 onion, 1 green chilly cut into pieces, few seeds of pomegranate with few drops of lemon juice, coriander leaves & pepper.



Rajma Corn Salad:

Mix 1 cup boiled Rajma, 1/2 cup Corn seeds, 2 Tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 green capsicum into small pieces with few drops of lemon juice, coriander leaves & pepper.


Channa Salad :

Mix 1 cup boiled Channa, 1/4 Raw Mango, 1 small Onion, 1 small Tomato, 1 Green Chilly into small pieces with few drops of lemon juice, Coriander leaves & pepper.


Quinoa Salad

Mix cooked 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/2 Yellow,Red, Green Bell peppers with a few drops of lemon juice, corinber leaves
