World Hemophilia Day is observed on April 17th each year to raise awareness about hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Hemophilia is a rare genetic disorder in which the blood doesn't clot properly, leading to prolonged bleeding. This day aims to educate the public and healthcare professionals about the challenges faced by people with hemophilia and to support those living with the condition. It also serves to advocate for better diagnosis and access to care for those affected by bleeding disorders.
